Quick Caesar Salad Dressing

I love making my own salad dressing from time to time. My kids really enjoy the way Kale holds up better than most lettuce that I find. I am big on making a salad at least once a week. I love to top the salad with Agentine Shrimp (pictured in Photos). My family loves Argentine shrimp over “Regular” Shrimp due to the taste (We feel it has more of a lobster taste and texture).
1/2 lb Argentine Shrimp (Baked 350F for 9 mins… in avocado oil, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, chipotle pepper flakes, lemon juice, and sea salt.
What is the difference between Argentinian shrimp and regular shrimp?
“Red shrimp are found in the South Atlantic, and as the name suggests, it is located off the coast of Argentina. When they are caught, they are red in color which makes them different from other kinds of normal shrimps which are commonly a blue or grey color before turning red when cooked”.

These look so lovely! I love the idea of using pizza dough. We make TJ pizza all the time and often have like half a bag of dough left. Next time we do, I'll make these for breakfast the next day. Thanks for sharing :)
