Ingredients

  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 2 cups of packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • about 10 Lotus Biscoff Cookies

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease an 8x8 pan with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and almond extract, then stir vigorously until you achieve a smooth mixture.
3. Incorporate the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture, stirring until everything is thoroughly combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and ensure it's evenly distributed.
